Make the Irish Flag Cocktail

I traveled to The O on Lane this week to be a fly on the wall as Annette Bellisari Johnson of Bellisari’s Gourmet Convenience sauces and Ed Gaughan, The O’s owner, prepared some food and drinks to honor Irish heritage this St. Patrick’s Day weekend.

The Irish Flag cocktail above is festive, tasty, impressive and easy to make. You just have to be patient with the layering and use a spoon.
